Faithful leaders aren’t defined by positions or titles. Your ability to lead is about much more than where you find your role on an organizational chart. Transformational leadership is about kingdom influence, regardless of your vocation.
The Master of Arts in Leadership will prepare you to be a leader through coursework that engages with the best insights from the field of leadership studies from the perspective of a biblical worldview. Program themes include the biblical foundations of leadership, the importance of personal leadership, and the importance of leading across generations and cultures. Pursue a concentration in either spiritual formation or servant leadership.
While leadership principles can be taught in a classroom, leadership can only fully be learned in the laboratory of the real world. For this reason, students enrolled in the Master of Arts in Leadership also participate in the at the Impact 360 Institute. This two-year leadership development program is the ideal context for wedding theory and practice, all while investing in the next generation of transformational leaders at Impact 360.
The Master of Arts in Leadership equips you with the knowledge, skills, and priorities necessary to be a faithful leader in a variety of settings. In this interdisciplinary program, you learn what Scripture teaches us about how to think biblically, live ethically, and lead faithfully. You engage deeply with contemporary leadership theories, principles, and practices. You are challenged to think creatively about how to lead in multi-generational and cross-cultural contexts.
With a master’s degree in leadership, you will be well-positioned to exercise leadership in numerous vocational contexts. Our graduates serve as transformational leaders in businesses, non-profit organizations, universities, and local churches. Potential careers include:

NGU’s Master of Arts in Leadership is a cohort-based residential degree offered in partnership with the at the Impact 360 Institute. You live and work at Impact 360, where you apply your education to organizational leadership or mentoring next-generation leaders participating in the Institute’s widely respected gap-year program, .
The Master of Arts in Leadership offers two concentrations that will equip you to serve as a Christ-centered transformational leader, regardless of the field to which you feel called to make a kingdom impact.
